This Privacy Policy explains how Transcenda (“Transcenda”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Dubai-based software company and the operator of transcendadubai.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit the Site, submit our lead form, or book a free consultation. Transcenda is the parent company; you can learn more at transcenda.io. This Site markets Transcenda’s all-in-one client-growth platform. The operating entity and data controller is TRANSCENDA COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN EST. (a Dubai establishment, DED Licence No. 1062923), registered at Office 305-A, Mozna Building, Al Qusais 1, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected] or +971 4 368 2705. This policy is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable to EEA/UK visitors, the GDPR/UK GDPR.
(a) Information you give us via the lead form / consultation booking: full name, business/company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country or city, industry/business type, and any message, goals or details you choose to provide. (b) Information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, and interactions with the Site. (c) Cookies and tracking identifiers set by us and by our advertising/measurement partners (see Section 5). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not intentionally collect special-category/sensitive data through this Site.
We use your personal data to: (a) respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct your free consultation, and follow up about it; (b) provide, personalise and improve the Site and our platform; (c) send you relevant information about our services where you have agreed or where we have a legitimate interest, and from which you can opt out at any time; (d) measure and optimise our marketing and advertising, including conversion measurement and remarketing; (e) maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are: your consent (for non-essential cookies, the Meta Pixel, the Google tag and marketing communications); performance of steps taken at your request (handling your enquiry/booking); our legitimate interests (running and securing our business and marketing); and compliance with law. Under the UAE PDPL we rely on your consent and our legitimate business purposes; you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
When you submit the lead form or book a consultation, the data you enter is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in our CRM and scheduling systems so our team can contact you. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot arrange your consultation. We use this data only for the purposes in Section 3 and do not sell it. If you booked a call, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. (a) Essential/functional cookies keep the Site working and remember your consent choices; these run without consent. (b) Analytics & advertising technologies run only after you consent via our banner. These include the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the Google tag / Google Ads & Analytics tags (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). They may collect your IP address, device and browser identifiers, and on-site actions to measure ad conversions, understand traffic, and show you Transcenda ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram and partner networks (remarketing). Where required, these tags are held in a default-denied state (Google Consent Mode) until you accept. You can withdraw or change consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. You can also opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account, the NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org) and YourAdChoices (youradchoices.com / youronlinechoices.eu), and via your browser’s cookie controls.
We share personal data only as needed with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf — our CRM/marketing-automation and communications platform, hosting and email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, and scheduling tools — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions; (b) advertising and analytics partners — Google and Meta — for the measurement and remarketing described in Section 5, subject to your consent; (c) our parent and affiliated Transcenda entities where necessary to deliver the services and your consultation; (d) authorities or advisers where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.
Transcenda operates in the UAE, and some of our providers (including Google and Meta) process data outside the UAE, including in the EU and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take steps consistent with the UAE PDPL and, for EEA/UK data, use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a comparable level of protection.
We keep lead-form and consultation data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, and thereafter only as long as necessary for legitimate business, accounting or legal purposes — typically up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner. Advertising/analytics data governed by Google and Meta is retained according to their retention settings and policies. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Subject to applicable law (UAE PDPL and, where relevant, GDPR/UK GDPR), you may: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time (including for cookies, the Meta Pixel, the Google tag and marketing messages); request a copy of your data in a portable format; and stop marketing communications using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or your local data protection authority.
We use technical and organisational measures — HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, reputable processors and least-privilege practices — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority of any breach where required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date, and where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact Transcenda at [email protected], Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Parent company: Transcenda — transcenda.io.
